15 KB swings
20-15-10 BoxJumps
Run 200m
Rest 2 minutes

Partner row
as many calories in 5 minutes as possible
Switch every 10 pulls
Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP in 10 minutes
1 rope climb
5 wall ball - burpees
Run 200m
