Where Did the Minute Go??


Complete for time:

100 Push press, (M:45#,W:35#)
-At the top of each minute do 4 knees to elbows
100 Jump squats
-At the top of each minute do 4 mountain climbers (each leg)
100 Anchored sit-ups
-At the top of each minute do 4 push-ups
